Yes, I have 4 year old twin girls. No they are not identical, they were born at 36 weeks and 2 days and YES I can tell them apart. I'm just joking, these are just a few of the many questions I would always get when taking them out anywhere. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy attention, however, it always surprises me how personal people with get with strangers. I would always get questions like "are they natural twins" or "do they run in the family" people basically wanting to know if we did fertility. My husband and I don't see eye to eye on this subject... reason being we were blessed with our girls via fertility. He feels that it is nobody's business about our personal life and I felt that if I was open to other women, as his cousin was to me, then maybe someone else could benefit and become blessed with a child too.
We did fertility and became pregnant on our 4Th IUI cycle and YEAH twins! It wasn't a smooth pregnancy or smooth post-partum either, however, I wouldn't change any of it!
Do you ever find yourself in these situations? Wanting to ask someone a very personal question, just out of your own curiously? I do... all the time. I guess because I have become so comfortable opening up to strangers, that I will just ask anyone, anything!!! I also find myself telling people EVERYTHING about my life too, even if they don't ask.
Thank God for Blogs!!!!

I don't have twins, but, my kids are very close in age. People are very nosy and quite rude sometimes. Once, while making a dental appt for my 2 older kids, I advised the receptionist that I needed a specific day for the appt so, I would have a babysitter for my other 2 younger ones. She actually said " Hello, birth control?" And laughed.
I didn't think it was the least bit funny. I didn't complain to the dentist, but, we never used them.
