Is is bad that I am happy today is a snow day? When I told my kids that school was closed because of the weather, they were so sad. Their little faces showed such disappointment of missing their first Christmas Party and all I could do was use everyone once of energy to control my body from breaking out into a jig! Bad Mommy!I should use this day to clean the house, but, I'll spend it blogging. One of the girls has a runny nose, so no snow playing for us.
My husband must have felt his work as we know it would collapse if he did not arrive, so the trouper left at 5:30 in horrible conditions to grudge to work. 2 1/2 hours later he arrived safe and sound. Actually, it didn't take him as long as I thought and honestly I'm just glad he got there safely.

I am so jealous of everyone that gets snow. I have read several blogs today whose kids had a snow day. I am tired of my 80 degree weather. Enjoy a little snowy weather for me!!
