In the March 2009 issue of Allure Julia Roberts says,

"I think it should be against the law to take a picture of a celebritys child," notes Julia. "And all the, like, 'Who's got the cutest baby?' I had to restore my faith in people when, one night, I was on the computer, and I ended up stumbling upon some pictures I had never seen of my children playing at a park. What upset me was all these comments like, 'One is cute; that other one sure is ugly.'" People can be so mean!

Say What??

Lisa Bonet ( "Cosby Show", "Life On Mars") gave birth recently to a baby boy. She and boyfriend Jason Momoa ("Stargate Atlantis") named him Nakoa-Wolf Manakauapo Namakaeha Momoa. Yes, for real.

This explains the unique name:

"He was born on the stormiest, rainy night, so Nakoa (warrior)...Mana(strength/spirit) Kaua (rain) po (dark)...." she wrote. "The name was always going to be Nakoa-Wolf, but Jason did the research on first [and] middle name. [The] 2nd middle name, as you know, is Jason's."

This is Lisa's 2nd child with Jason. They also have a daughter ( 20 mos) Momoa. She also has a 20 year old daughter with Lenny Kravitz, Zoe.

Perez Hilton

OK, I use to love Perez Hilton and would check his sight often. I guess it started my love of Blogging. Lately, his blog is filled with so much advertising. I know his goal was to make a living from blogging, but, somehow I feel like he sold out. He's always so critical of other selling out for money and I think he has too.
Makes me a little sad, because, now I barely check his sight.

Jon and Kate plus 8

Do you watch Jon and Kate plus 8? I used to. It got kinda old and boring. The kids are cute, but, that Kate has turned into a diva and the show has in my opinion, "jumped the shark". Anyway, the really interesting stuff about Jon and Kate is the online blogs. They are awesome. This stuff is a million times more entertaining that the actual show. I think people actually continue to watch this show just to blog about it. There are sites for lovers, haters and actually some for a "more balanced view". What is it about this family? Why do people love to talk and argue about them? Read any online article about this show...them read the "comments" ...these people argue more than my kids. It gets juvenile.

Like I said, I don't watch the show, but, I do check out the blogs. And, you don't need to watch the show, just read the blogs and you will now what happened every minute of the program. They also love to talk about the controversies ( selling their kids childhood, lying about their funds, too many to list ). It's an online soap opera.

I do though, LOVE to watch The Soup on E. Joel McCale is the best. Jon and Kate plus 8 was featured on his show this week. Good Stuff. Enjoy.

Whatever Martha!!!

Have you ever seen this show? It kills me. Martha's daughter, Alexis, and her friend Jennifer watch old shows from Martha Stawart and give their "opinions" on the show. It's so funny and they show no mercy to Martha or her guests. They're are a little raunchy too, so that makes it even better.

Did anyone see Britney Spears "For the Record"?

Anyone watch the interview with Britney on MTV? I did and thought it seemed like a very honest & open interview. It made me sick to imagine that this poor women can never go anywhere without heards of photographers following her...what a scary feeling! I'm glad she's getting things together in her life, mostly for her kids. Good for her!
